Sandringham

Last year I heard a rumour, that The Sandringham estate, in Norfolk, where both main clubs have sites,
would be having a pub built or changed from an existing house.
Now a year later, has anyone else heard about this.

If an occupant of the CMC site waddles out of the gate and down to the main road, just north of the junction on the same side is Babingley Social Club which always has a welcome for visitors - and they sell decent beer!
