scratch marks in cooker glass

Looks like the previous people used the cooker glass as a chopping board, any ideas on how to remove the scratches or are we just stuck with them?
 
You could try "Jewellers Rouge", a bit time consuming and needs a fair bit of elbow grease but very effective and a lot cheaper. If you go to a traditional jeweller he should be able to supply you with a small quantity.
