seasonal parks in east midlands

are there any caravan sites in the east midlands that have vacancies for permanant or seasonal pitches in the in a 20 mile radius of the m1 j24 that are reasonably priced as the site weve been permanantly on for the past 2 years has put his prices up yet again and has now decided to charge us £200 per yr for a gazebo.
 
Sherwood Forest Caravan Park has permanent/seasonal pitches. The site is in a nice spot and although we haven't been for a few years their service facilties could do with upgrading.
The reason we don't go as often as I could (my elderly mother only lives 2 miles away) is because it's an expensive site although I don't know the cost for seasonal. Quite a few people do use this though so perhaps the prices aren't too bad or there's a lot of rich people who use it

I just wish one of the clubs owned it.
J27 or J28 is the nearest so I don't know if this would be too far for you.
