As you are not specific about the exact model of car you have it is difficult to identify the weight and other data for your set up. But it seems your car depending on exact model details has a ULW of between 1325 and 1380 Kg with a power output of 103bhp
Whilst I am at pains to point out that towing ratio is not the only arbiter of what makes a good outfit, in this case it seems with you caravans MTPLM of 1350 you ratio will be 102% or 97% depend in the exact specification of your car.
High ratio's such as these are not recommended, as it is always better to keep the trailer weight as small as possible in relation to the tow vehicle. Because of the way the ratio is calculated, the figure always remains the same regardless of how you load the outfit. In practice it is a worst possible case scenario and all practical (legal) outfits will be better than the calculated figure.
As you say the caravan is within the cars stated towing limit - But as you intend to travel in the mountains, you will have to check in the owners handbook or with the manufacture regards the maximum towed weight at altitude, and for hill starts. You may find your caravan falls outside the towing limit for those conditions.
