Sendai CD Player Error 2 message

Bought our van, a Sterling Europa (second hand) a couple of months ago and have been using the Sendai CD688 CD player without any problems until last weekend when it came up with Error2 and would not play, although the radio is fine.

Looked for the manual but could only find the connection diagram! Does anyone have a manual for this CD player. I presume it is most likely to be fitted to Swift vans. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Alan and Caz,If you can remove the C>D> player, at the rear you may find a push in button marked reset. press this in once to reset it, all should be OK
