I'm looking at a site in Norfolk and it states "Serviced Pitch: Pitch and hire of electric hook-up point, service included if required".

Excuse my ignorance but what is the 2service included if required"?
 
Usually it means a tap which you can attach to your aquaroll or van(via a special hose for van connection, or via a torbeck valve for the aquaroll method, and a drain for your waste water to drain straight into rather than using a wastemaster
