Walk away. Why is furniture still wrapped in plastic as the plastic would create condensation issues? Replacing cracked window would probably be a big hassle if you could get one. For £15k a total rip off!

The plastic still on the seats of a used caravan is usually a sign that the caravan is being sold by a member of the travelling community.

If you're considering buying a caravan with 15k to spend, I strongly urge you to buy from a reputable caravan dealership.
Buying from a dealership will give you protection under the Consumer Rights Act, so that if your purchase has any faults you have rights under the act.
A private purchase from an individual gives you no rights whatsoever, so that if you'd gone ahead and brought this Fendt you would have lost your money.

The value will depend on the age and model, but given the faults keep well clear. It would probably need another £5k to get it right but could cost a lot more. Basically anything with damp is a potential nightmare and there are better buys out there.
