Shower hose

I have a 1990 Swift and want to change the shower head to a new Whale with on/off switch on it. The problem I have is my old shower head is a different size. Does anyone know if A) There is an adapter or B)There is a hose with different siza threads on each end.

Simon, a good plumbers merchant should be able to sort you out an adaptor.
