Shower in my caravan

Hi, we have an Ellis avante and we have a problem with the shower, the tap connector going to the the cold water behind the shower has come off, can’t find an access point and need to rejoin, how can we do this without any major works of taking the shower walls off?
 
Can you give the forum a bit more information - Avante Model and year - does it have the fully lined square or the circular shower etc - then hopefully the replies will be flooding in!
My Elddis has the square shower and the taps are affixed to and additional moulding that screws through the wall lining, so that would have to be removed to access the tap fittings.
