Shower Trey Reapairs

Hi, my shower trey has several small cracks that have been repaired by previous owners, the reapairs are now looking like they need to be done again. I am thinking of using fiberglass repair patches on the underside and then some form of resin on the upper surface. Has anyone got any advice/experience or better suggestions please?
