I notice the techies have addressed the signature problem.....before, there was no division between our signatures and the body of our posts - now, they've added a dividing line and our signature appears underneath. Thanks, and all well and good......except for one minor criticism (yes I know, picky aren't I lol). The pale grey colour is so faint and wishy-washy it's hardly noticeable. I know somebody (JD, was it?) said we can't have different colours/fonts for our siggies (why not????), but can't you at least make it darker, or BOLD? Thank you ;o) Oh yes, and smileys?? Please??!?!!

Strange because other forums who have signatures use a different colour to break it up from the main post.

...... now we have a nice new website there seems to be lots of people around who's names I do not recognise.
We also have information on how long these same people have been a member, some of them much longer than me.
So I guess they have changed their username to gain access to the new website.....or they have not posted for a long time!
It would be really useful if their old username was to be included in their signature.....even if it is only for a couple of months.

I raised this question on the 24th June in Chit Chat, as there seemed to be quite a few new names posting. I was not sure if they were newcomers, or possibly regulars changing their name for the new Forum. I have to say it got a few sarcastic replies, but I like to 'know' who I am conversing with, and do enjoy the more unusual names, that probably reflect the posters personality.

I remember Dean used to post on a regular basis, then seemed to stop, but forest gump started and I soon realised, since confirmed, that they were one and the same.

Best regards,
George
