Hi there I was just wondering if anyone had used sika wood preserver or something similar to treat new floor sections on their caravan.

I now just need to protect the new section of floor externally and I noticed this is solvent free so hopefully foam friendly, but I am worried about the wood not being breathable still. I just want to make sure that the Underside of my caravan is protected where I have replaced the floor but still able to breath so as to let any road water out and not trap moisture causing damp.
Any other alternative suggestions on something suitable also appreciated.
