I intend to visit my daughter who lives in Locks Heath over the August Bank Holiday. Can anyone suggest a site in the area.

There is the CC site - Rookesbury Park, Hundred Acre Road, Wickham (Fareham) which is approx 10 miles from Locks Heath. But as you atre looking at August Bank Holiday week end it could be busy!?
 
I can confirm that Rookesbury Park is an excellent site, but being a Caravan Club site may well be booked up at the BH
