Site near the sea anywhere in the UK

Can anyone recommend a good quality site near a beach for my wife and I and 2 children, 1 aged 6yrs and the other 2yrs old... oh and dog. We are new to caravans and have a few sites booked through the year. We are now looking for couple of other sites in July. 1 week at 1st site and 1 week at the other.

It all depends on how "near to the sea" you wish to be. I know of an excellent site in Northumberland, just a mile off the A1. 15 Miles south of Berwick / 15 miles north of Alnwick. 5 Miles inland from Bambrough. You can take a look at the site:

Hi

Freshwater East cc site in Pembrokeshire is walking distance from the beech. We stopped there last summer, nice site. Another option is Pembrey cc site, you can walk through Pembrey country park to the beech. The beech is closer at Freshwater East cc. Both sites popular with families. Been to both and will be returning again in the future.

I have booked 2 sites in Cornwall, Godrevy park for 1 week and Damage Barton for another week. Both CC sites.

Damage Barton has views second to none, its absolutely beautiful. Rather high up though, a bit of a walk to the beach with young children. Fab site.
