Sites in Cornwall - August

We are planning on taking our main 2 week holiday in Cornwall this year (after the weather in france last august we decided we might as well save the cost of the ferry and stay in the UK).

Any recommendations for reasonably quiet sites but with some entertainment for children eg small swimming pool/play area.

We have considered Trewen Hall, and would also appreciate any comments/experience anybody has of this site.

We have used Trewince Farm a few times in the summer.

It is situated between Wadebridge and Padstow, so is not far to the brilliant sandy beaches of North Cornwall.

There is an outdoor swimming pool there and a playground for the children. No clubhouse so no excessive late night noise.

It is a very friendly family run site.
