Hi am looking for child friendly site for August Bank holiday as all CC sites are booked up as we have only just got our first van. I am particularly looking for a site that is easy to get to (no farm lanes please!) as it will be my first time towing without husband as he is away.

Any ideas?
 
Alison, have a look on this site, http://www.ukcampsites.co.uk/ and do a search on southport and skipton. the site has reviews from visitors and does not delete bad reports if the site gets any so its a great research tool. be quick though i think you will be very lucky to find any where this late.
