Hi folks

When using oven last week - with propane gas - the flame took a few minutes to settle down (constantly "waving about" and looking like it was about to go out. On opening the door slightly it completely settled down and returned to normal burn. Shut the door again and it would become eratic again. This would go on for about 5 minutes and then would settle down completely and cook normally. One thing I did note is that there always seemed a lot of condensation inside the oven for the first few minutes. Maybe this was the issue and when door opened it released the vapour.

Any thoughts/observations kindly received - especially from people experiencing similar.

Hi Steve - did what you suggested - contacted spinflo who sent a modified rubber. This appears to have done the trick. What excellent service from Spinflo. Thanks to them and yourself for the orriginal suggestion
