Small Air Awning for those two night stays

Really happy with our Vango Kalari 420, but there’s always that dilemma when leaving for a 2-night stay as to whether or not to take it along, and so we have been considering investing in a smaller air awning, mainly to serve as a weather break and somewhere to dump the muddy shoes, boots, coats and dog’s bowls (yes, read bowls, not bowels :p ), during those two nighters, especially as we have a few of those already in the diary for this year.

A friend at work alerted me today to what I believe is a really great deal on a brand new, boxed and sealed 2016 Vango Braemar 150 available for collection from a retail outlet local to my office (North Manchester). They had 8 left in stock, and after informing another friend, we took 3 and wanted to share in case other forum users may be interested. I’m not posting pricing details or details of the retailer as I would imagine it’s against forum rules (unless someone in authority informs me otherwise :) ), but if you are interested, just let me know and I will do my best to get the info to you. I’d much prefer forum users got a good deal instead of some online auction site shark snapping up the remainder.

See them at just under £200 so not a bad price, although I would find it a bit small even for a short break. I’ve got a 225 porch which is large enough to sit out in, or eat if the weather is suitable.
Vango make some good kit. I’ve been using one of their tents for four years and it’s stood up to it well.

For us, it couldn’t be too small really. We’ve got the biggie for the longer stays and gatherings, just need a quick and easy to erect weather break and shoe/coat store, rather than habitation space. Not tried it yet, but am optimistic that it will tick all the boxes.

Will try it soon and report back :)

Thank you for posting this info. A bit of googling and you can find the price and outlet. Let us know how you get on, especially if it saves much in the way of time and effort.

It's not against forum rues to share details of bargains that you've found provided that you are in no way connected with the supplier except as a customer
