Hi Nigel and Paul, I'm on this too.
Nigel, I think Kate has banned this character, but didn't tick "delete all posts." I've done that, but had to do it several times on different threads, as if the "delete all posts" wasn't working completely.
Maybe because several of us were involved at the same time?
