I was reading a piece in the new CC magazine that stated you can now get a 1500 euro fine for having speed camera alerts on your sat nav in france, germany and some other EU countries. all data relating to there locations have been removed also.
I know the euro zone is in a panic at the moment but it does seem a extreem way to raise a few extra euros, but that aside I thought it may be of interest to you all that tour abroad, especialy to us brits that go over there with satnavs and old style euro map add ons,
I know that some forum members are not in the CC so may not have heard the news so i posted this as a warning.
