spiders and their webs

Ok, here a question that most probably been asked.

I am so fed up of every time I get up having to knock the spiders webs of my wing mirrors.

Its getting twice a day, knock them off in the morning there back at tea time. Not just the wing mirrors now there making webs between wheel arch and tyres.

Any ideas how I can get rid of these things..

Apparently spiders dislike the smell of chestnuts or cloves.

There is a spray available which is harmless but which deters them.

I'm fed up with Blue Tits pecking my mirrors and using my car as a toilet, I guess they think there are other birds in their territory. I fixed the problem with 2 Tesco bags!!!

Smiley, why don't you just get someone to take your wing mirrors off? Don't keep knocking the spiders off their webs, they're awesome at catching flies you know......
