Hi

just to say I got married a week past Friday, so Karen is now officially Mrs Brave-Fart! (I'm sure she is sooooo pleased).

went to Chatsworth and Longleat, then Chatsworth again for our "honeymoon" and a great time had by all, though the kids enjoyed Longleat much more.

so now intend to spend the rest of the day reading posts on here! busy, busy....

And you haven't caught on that you should have said - WE - got married last week.

The honemoon period was soon over if you intend to spend the day reading {;-)

Ah, the only reason I'm spending the day reading is because I'm back at work - wouldn't waste valuable "personal" time online ;0)

forgot about the WE part, have to get used to that! And 'er indoors, the other half, SHMBO, etc, etc...

I'm sure there is a clean funny line re "great time had by all, Chatsworth, Longleat and the kids enjoyment" on a honeymoon.

But for the sake of the Moddy's hair and family site I'm not attempting it.

Thanks Trip

in the end we bought a Sportage - the Sorrie was just too big and too out our price range.

Flear & Thomson were a bit negative when we went in, so we eventually ended up at Arnold Clark Kia in Kirkcaldy and got car at the right price with towbar, electrics and dog-gate thrown in.

done over 1k miles in the past week towing and solo and the Sportage has been great, even did some "off-roading" on farmland with no probs at all. May upgrade to a Sorrie in 3 years time!

Sorrie? We are calling them Sorries now? Can't say I approve of that (contraction?) but does it mean the Sorrento has "arrived" now that we can shorten its name, A la Disco?
