I am on the mailing list for the Classic Motor Hub near Northleach, well worth a visit if in the area. For those interested have a look at some of their ‘bargains’.

The only one that appeals to me is the M2 Jaguar, I am more of a normal working man's classic car fan like Peugeot 404 era stuff or even the later fifties American V8s. Always wanted another Fairlane 500!

Very nice motors, sadly my old Sunbeam Tiger MK2, 4.2 V8 was Stolen. Lovely car. This was not my car.

Sadly taken out of production when Chrysler bought Rootes Group - the Tiger had a Ford smallblock V8 but Chrysler didn't make a smallblock and wouldn't tolerate a Ford engine in one of their products - Chrysler's bigblock V8 was far too big/heavy to fit the Tiger.

My dad had a brand new white Peugeot 404 ( red vinyl seats) in 1968 when we lived in Brussels - we went all over the place in that thing and I loved it!!

I used a 404 pick up for our bush work and that was towing a caravan to almost inaccessible places. Many years later I had a green 404 Estate to station wagon as we called them in those days. Ultra reliable!
