Split mapping program Help Please

About a year ago now, someone posted the name and web address for mapping site that displayed a split screen with Ordinance Survey maps on one side and I think it was goggle maps on the other. The cursor tracked on both maps simultaneously and gave map the references.

I have had to do a complete reinstall on my computer following a major hard disk issue and I can no longer find this useful utility

Can any one help?
