Sprite Alpine 2 crack in corner of front windscreen

I have a 3" crack which has appeared on the left hand top corner of the
window (facing van from front), do I need a replacement window or
would a repair be adequate. I intend to sell the caravan within the next
few weeks. The caravan is a Sprite Alpine 2 Diamond Anniversary 2009
model, any suggestions and any idea where I can get it repaired or where
to get a replacement window from.

Sorry to hear about the crack, I would be tempted to put Clear gorrila tape over it, and take the hit of say £250 reduction in sale price. Not sure how much a new window would cost. I expect quite a lot.

To be able to advise what your best course of action should be problem really needs to be looked at first hand.

You would be best to seek local advice from either a local caravan service centre or an Approved Workshop Scheme mobile engineer.

I think I will give this a try, thanks for responding Rou

Thanks for your response, will seek approved advice Roy

The reason I have suggested seeking a local opinion, is there could be a reason for the crack such as a problem with structure of the caravan. Simply repairing or replacing the window may not be a good solution.
