It depends where you're travelling from but the CC site in Tewkesbury is fairly close to the M5 and is often used for this.
 
Hi, We stayed at The George Inn, Cambridge Glos, a week or so ago. It is a fairly descent site for a night halt though the sanitary facilities are dated.
