storage in Mid West France

In France for a month and considering leaving the van here next winter. Found a couple of places which store under cover but they are both expensive and only do for 12 month period (420euro).
Is this the norm over here?

Recently returned from French trip which included a stay on a site in South West France which offered storage under cover for 380 euros per year which is not that far off your 420. The 380 included wash at the beginning of season, placed on site for your visit then returned to storage at end of stay.
