Stress cracks

Hi

I have a problem with my 1995 ACE Orbit, two stress cracks have appeared behind the front near side window, one at the top the other at the bottom of the window. My local dealer has tried to fix this problem , but as soon as the van is moved the cracks reapear. I have flooded the cracks with silocone to try and keep the damp out. Has anyone come across the same problem.
