Sun camp esteemed air awning

Hi guys
We bought a brand new air awning in lockdown And we only got chance to use once. , the problem I had was one on the main air tube kept. Bending just under the inflation valve ? Any help or advice would be amazing

Are you pegging out before you inflate it, or is the tube twisted in its sleeve?

If the tube has crept down the sleeve it causes ours to bend-deflate open move close the zip and reinflate. Never open the sleeve with the bladder inflated. Or have you got the floor cross ribbons in place and clipped together to keep width correct? and of course are you pumping it up to the correct pressure?

I pegged. It at the caravan but not the sides or front. Tube looked fine

im sure the pressure is correct ( as per pump )
There is only one strap. That’s by the caravan
I will try moving the bladder next trip.

I find it often bends but just push it up and it sorts itself out then go outside and peg the front guy lines in.
