Just a word of warning for anyone contemplating towing with a pick-up or van in Germany on a Sunday. These vehicles are classed as commercial vehicles, whether used as such or not, and may not tow a caravan (or any other type of trailer for that matter) on a Sunday on German roads.
 
Just remmber to watch the Al Murray show Lutz ;-)

If I decide to get a pick-up to tow a caravan and head for Germany, expect a Human rights case ;-)
