Sunncamp aftersales service.

I just want to praise the Sunncamp aftersales, as I've said in a previous post about their awnings after buying the Airvolution 280 deluxe last August on first use I noticed a small manufacturing fault (a smal hole in the front mesh) not such a big deal but having paid hard earned cash I wanted things to be as new. When I approached the supplier things were delayed and I was told to return it for exchange, not a problem you might think but I objected to paying £30 more for my awning than anyone else was paying so I asked for a refund, sorry you're out of the 21day period was the response and that was when I contacted Sunncamp. I spoke to a lovely woman called Sue and initially she didn't think they could help and then I heard a mans voice which I now know belonged to Ollie and yes they could help but it could take a little time, due to have major shoulder surgery in Sept I said I wouldn't be using the van again until Feb/Mar this year and we kept in touch over this time and in Feb I recieved a text from Sue asking for my address, this was sent and I was told that my awning was to be collected and a replacement delivered. Thie replacement was delivered as promised and I got a lot more than I expected, a new 2016 awning this I didn't expect and it was greatly appreciated, we used the awning over Easter with 50mph winds and torrential rain and apart from a few drips from the awning rail which soon stopped never leaked or pooled on the roof however we also had their deluxe air annexe and I lost a small vent support because of the wind and another phone call to Sunncamp and a few emails to Rachel and again send your address, I offered to pay but again it was FOC so I want to say a massive thank you to Sunncamp they really are a company that cares.
