Sunncamp Scenic and Ultima - Height Requirements

I am seriously looking at both these awnings and have asked your advice on a couple of occasions now, and thank you all very much for your replys. However I am new to caravanning and have put my 1990 5 berth Elddis Cyclone onto a seasonal pitch for this year til I get myself sorted to tour properly. Now the adverts I have seen for these awnings say they are designed to fit caravans with awnings rails of 240cm - 255 cm from the ground, I measured mine yesterday and i'm getting a measurement of 228cm, however the pitch my caravan is on is not quite level. will this awnings still fit or am I wasting my time, surely a 5 berth Elddis Cyclone will take one of these awnings. measure from the ground to the awning rail (240 cm-255cm is 8ft-8ft6ins,there are some awning rails that are less than this,some are 7ft-7ft6ins,yours i don't know, you are going to have to measure it on level ground first
