Hi

We have just booked onto a site & the only pitches left were super pitches.

As we have never been on one of these pitches before I thought I would ask a

Question,

What sort of length of hose should I buy for the water &

What sort of length of waste pipe should I buy.

Thanks.

Sproket.

Hi,

i always use super pitches where available so i bought the aquaroll mains adaptor for the 40Ltr and the hose that goes with it which is about 7.5m, for the waste i bought 5m and you could cut it to length if needed, you will probably need a threaded tap conector as there is never usually one there.

hope this helps

Hi Sproket

That's a good question - and one that relies heavily on where your outlet pipes are in relation to the waste and water connections.

If your outlets are on the same side as those you're connecting up to, great - no problems - just a couple of metres of pipe/hose will do. However - if they're on the other side of the van, then about ten metres is going to be needed! I found this at Oxon Park... loved the idea of having everything 'on tap' but had to buy a load more hose/connectors to make it work!

Buy a couple of the Hoselock connector pieces like these -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hozelock-2291-Double-Male-Connector/dp/B001BPOB1C/ref=sr_1_4/277-7780391-7318569?ie=UTF8&s=garden&qid=1241381531&sr=8-4
Very, very useful. It also means that you can connect two lengths of hose together rather than buying a whole new length.

Hope this helps a little.
