Surprised at this award

Honourable mention in the PM awards for E S Hartley . We looked at Hobby vans with a very helpful salesman who promised to ring us when the model we were interested in arrived. That was a year ago, still waiting.
Last week I emailed an enquiry about their new Spanish branch. No reply.
So if this is a dealer with great service I'm very surprised.

Take back part two. Now received a very helpful reply from a lady at Soain branch. They plan to open this month and it looks very interesting.
