swapping Status aerial 315 for 530?

I think I'll need to swap our old Status 315 flying saucer for the newer 530/5 model ie. not the one with the long pole. Is it just a 'take one out and drop in the new one'job? I don't mind enlarging holes etc. The existing aerial is mounted over a locker so it has about 12" of space below it.

Thanks for that Peter. it sounds pretty straightforward.I've no warranty problems as our van is 10 years old. I'll shop around and get one ordered.
