Swift Ace Courier Microwave shelf / mount

Looking for a microwave shelf / mount for Swift Ace Courier 2007 caravan. Microwave sits in cupboard above the hob but need ti tip the microwave up when opening the door making using it to heat liquids hazardous to say the least. Any hepl / advice appreciated.
 
If the microwave was original equipment then it's probably been replaced with an alternative item. Or, a microwave has been added to the 'van and not properly fitted.
Some combination of shims and screws are likely be required and, if you can post some pictures, there'll be help and advice available to you.
