Swift Challenger 540 2009

We took delivery of this van in June. We went away in the van over Christmas and New year. Just before we went, we found the trigger from the shower head lying in the shower tray. On arrival on site, no running water as pump had frozen (the water system had been drained), the gas fire wouldn't light - battery had to be replaced, the loo wouldn't flush - new fuse required. Within a couple of days the led awning light unit failed. We know that someone else with a 2010 Challenger had the same problem with shower trigger and water pump and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these or similar problems.

Hi Stephen,

I am sorry to hear about your problems with one of our products. I must admit, I have never heard of a trigger shower head failing, although I am aware that the pump can freeze, if the correct drain down procedure is not followed (i.e. if the pump is not disconnected and run dry for a few seconds).

I would hope your dealer is replacing the failed awning light, but if you need us to look into any of these issues, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Ash
