On the alerts section it asks how many times a day I want to be contacted via email/sms? Does that mean if my alarm goes off more than 5 times in a day then it won't let me know the excess or will it just send me a text 5 times during the day to let me know my van is ok/alarm hasn't triggered?
If you set the limit to 5 times a day, then you’ll only receive the first 5 alerts.
Just had a look at the 590 as I’m not overly familiar with the numbering convention and can see that your new van is the same layout as ours, a Siena 6 TD. Great choice for a family van

If there aren’t any alerts, then you won’t receive any messages.
The only issue we had with the command app was that the system thought we had the Alde heating system when we actually have the Truma. A quick call to Sargent Electrical soon sorted that out though.
