hi all, I own a Swift Corniche 15/2E but have had to change cars recently and no longer have a tow-car. Used to tow this with a Renault Laguna 2.2 diesel but am now in the market for a newer tow-car. The problem is:

The plate on the caravan is now illegible and we don't have a weigh-bridge (or tow-car) nearby. Having checked on the the 'Tinterweb I am very confused as to just how much this caravan weighs and was wondering if anyone knows the true figures for this van so that i can source the correct tow-car?

thx for that but I have even seen weights as low as 970kg hence my confusion. I believe it to be a "heavy" van but just want some "official" info, but thx for taking the time and effort to answer.
