Can you email me your chassis number and postal address and exactly which catches it is that have failed (as I am not to sure whish ones you are refering too) and I will look into this for you.

Hi,

If i'ts the same as our 570 it'll be the one that holds the TV shelf up in the cubby hole. Ours broke twice. the problem is the metal turnbuckles aren't up to the job. Swift have done a mod.
