Swift help!

Hi all from Australia.
Just started holiday in our 2015 Swift Sprite and have lost all 12 volt power.
240 volt ok (can use power points and a/c working) but fridge, boiler, lights, green light on A- frame (alko stability control) etc all gone.
Both control panels above door are dead (have pressed on button for ages to reset but nothing).
All fuses ok (checked those on Sargent's box and under opposite seat plus leisure battery fuses).
Battery fully powered and solar readout is high.
If the control panel above door is faulty, could this be the problem?
Seeing a Euro van expert tomorrow.

Have you checked the main inline fuse normally just behind the battery box?

Hi John yes saw 2 x 20 amp fuses battery side and one behind the box just behind Sargent's box. Ta

Hve you checked the black isolator button on the consumer unit? Sometimes it gets pushed in by accident.

Turned out to be a faulty control panel.
Strangely all but the lights started to work when it was disconnected?
Ordering replacement from UK.

I ended doing exactly the same with my Abbey caravan because the control panel was faulty so I hope everything gets sorted when the new one comes

Thank you. Can't turn the Truma boiler on and still no lights but at least we now have the fridge and the green is now back on on A-frame, cheers
