well we were warned. Now some 5 days old and some 15 faults including a chassis which is electrically live, stress cracks to the roof edge and loads of other major and minor issues. One wonders how Swift manage to get away with it, perhaps because of mugs like me. It just seems so daft that I can spend near 20K and Swift don't give a dam.
They have even designed a sink which one can not buy a bowl to fit in and when one contacts them it is "we are not retail" excuse me Swift one wonders just what you are as I rebuld their crap new van.

re The washing up bowl, Iv heard about this on other forums. you can apparently get a bowl to fit but at a staggering £27 plus.

I realy hope you get satisfaction with your caravan .personally I would reject it & would want my money back for another make of van

Clearly you have a dissatisfied customer, and I am sure you wish to try and establish what has happened to cause Wayne to be so unhappy.

Ive had the problem of the washing up bowl and I too bought a perfect match from Wilkinsons for Sterling Elite 2010 and I have posted this one before we use melamine plates and when you do the washing up in the van the very last plate is a sod to get out.
Otherwise I havnt had any problems with our van only the awning light is an issue and Im sure this will be put right when it goes in for its service as this seems to have been a problem on several of these vans.

Thanks Andy, Amy at Swift Customer Care has been working for us and all is now OK, Swift have been better than I expected (backhanded compliment mate)
