Swift's Fitted Microwaves- help!

We have just acquired a 2013 Swift Conqueror 645. All the appliance documentation is present, other than any info on the fitted microwave.
Despite contacting Swift and the original supplying dealer- with no responses(!), I still have no operating information. (can't even set the clock!)
One would have hoped that these microwaves would not require operating instructions, as ASDA have managed to sell microwaves for years with a single dial and one switch!!

Anyone direct me to the manaufacturer's site, for a pdf download?
Are these Sharp microwaves- no identifying labels whatsoever!

If you open the microwave door is there any labels attached to the inner lining?

if it is the same as the one in my 2013 Swift challenger 636, then the model number is BMSW20. I cannot see any for download online though. Just let me know if you still need a copy and I will scan/email you a copy of mine.

Thanks for posting.
Just checked microwave again; not a sausage of information on it anywhere- door, inside.
If you don't mind emailing a scan that would be great. Are they Sharpe?
Phoned swift on Friday and a helpful operative said she would email a copy- nothing received so far!

Hi Mark,
I can certainly do that for you but I have just put my caravan away in storage until either Thurs evening or Friday morning - the manual is in it!

You are quite correct, there is no info visible anywhere on the microwave - I only know what model number it is as it is written on the manual. I believe they are made by Cata. I have never heard of them.
