When engaging the lever to select four wheel drive the ABS light comes on.
Is this normal, if so I'm presuming the ABS doesnt work when in four wheel drive.
It goes out again when put back into 2 wheel drive, cant find anything in the manual
to explain this.
Shogun Sport 3.0 Petrol, Auto
Thanks in advance for any info

My abs light stays unlit in 4x4 mode on my 2.8 td Pajero Kev. The abs light might come on if the brake fluid is a bit low but other than that I'm not too sure.
The guys on the Pajero Owners Club will probably be able to help

Thanks Parksy, will check the level tomorrow although recent service, so should be ok.

Best advice is to get the car checked out.
Some forums say this is normal others point to a faulty wheel sensor.
Thanks Michael, as said will check the level then get it to the local garage for check if required
