Oh well had a lovely week at Carsington. Until yesterday when instead of lunch, walk around the resevoir, cake and then hook up and home for tea it all went a little a little off the plan, Packed up, put dowgs into car and walked down to meet the peeps for Lunch, peeps not in playground!!! Orf we toddle looking for them, Jen then manages to twist her ankle going down some steps, ranger arrives with wheel chair and ice packs, grab a snack for girls, rush up hill for the car, head orf to minor injuries and end up with SWMBO on crutches and no weight baring for at least a week!!!!!! The worst bit was not the fact that the girls had a late night with us not getting back until 9.30, or that they ended up eating KFC on the journey home, or that we had to divert from our route due to the M62 being closed but............................ I had to empty the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to cheer you up Lady Villa fell out of the front door and badly sprained both , yes both, ankles
This was three months ago. Even with treatment she's still not well enough to walk the dogs at 6.00am each day

Ah well the dogs are the only women in the house who listen to me

Hope she recovers quickly.

Thank you all for your wishes, yes I'm recovering from the toilet emptying (Just!!) But will be on regular toilet duties for the next trip (net week)

Even the dowgs don't listen to me!!!!! Hope her ladyship gets on okay and can resume appropriate duties sooner rather than later!!
