Tar Spots on caravan, Advice needed!!

Good evening I have arrived on a CL site in Norfolk late this afternoon and have just noticed quite a large amount of Tar spots on the caravan front. We did drive through roadworks where re-surfacing was being carried out so I presume that was the source. Can anyone recommend a product to remove them please. I do know that car spares shop sell some products for cars but I'm not sure how safe these are on caravan panels??

Try car polish. Also check your front windows and for them use acrylic cleaner- I wouldn't use polish or oil. (We had a window break last year due to a tar spot.
