We are going to Terifa in Spain from the middle of September until the lst December. I know it is windy down there but can anyone tell me what the weather is like at that time of year. Anyone recommend any good value for money campsites. Thanks

Camping Tarifa is one our favourite sites in Southern Spain. It is in the Camping Cheque book (so very good value) but this year the book says it only accepts camping cheques until 31 October. I don't know why this is because when we were there in May 2007 there were people who had over wintered there. Suggest you check with the site because for a long stay you can usualy negotiate your own price without using ccs.

The site is next to the beach from which you can sea Morocco and although the coast is windy the site is very protected and I am sure the climate is as good as it gets.
