Fascinating. That is not too far from me; but I had never heard of it If I get chance, I will go for a visit. Thanks

Fauld Crater is close to us in Burton. I'm always amazed at the many theories about what caused the explosion, given that no one survived to tell.

They were very lucky that the lot did not go up otherwise the crater would be a hell of a lot larger.
