We have been there about 8 or 9 times, since 1994. It is a brilliant site situated in a quiet village on the west side of the island. The whole site is on a gentle slope, but many of the pitches are terraced. You book a specific pitch, so if level/fully serviced/hardstanding etc is important to you, make sure you specify this at the time of booking.
There is a well-stocked shop, and a takeaway. "Entertainment" comprises a small TV room and a pool table. The outdoor pool is clean and warm, the indoor pool (extra charge for this) very good if the weather is poor. Toilets and showers are spotless.
This is not a cheap site, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend it to singles, couples and younger families. If you have teenagers, only go there if they are happy with a quiet, peaceful life. The views from the site are very pleasant - south to the downs, and north across the Solent to the mainland.
Just one thing to watch - the site is very strict about pitch density. You are allowed three items on your pitch - e.g. car, caravan awning. Or car, caravan, pup tent. Or motorhome, pup tent, gazebo. Or car, tent, gazebo. You are not allowed to have car, caravan, awning, gazebo, pup tent, windbreak wall, etc etc.
