thetford cassette toilet lost vacuum !

hello to all , while we were away recently , the toilet lost most of its vacuum to pump the water around the bowl, has anybody else had a similar problem, is their some kind of diaphram inside i wonder , help please glen

I apologize if you've already checked this - is there any water in the flush tank as that's exactly how it goes when it runs out.

Glen it depends what toilet you have fitted.

If it is electric flush , apart from running out of flush water, it may be the pump, or just the connection.

If it is a manual flush , it will either be the bellows, or the O ring on the later model pump.if you can let us know the model, more info will be available.
